The Fox's Little Library

In the green forest, a gentle fox with russet fur, round wire glasses and a soft green scarf carries a satchel of books and longs for someone to share them with. One morning he discovers a hollow tree with a cozy room inside and decides to turn it into a little library. He sweeps the floor, stacks logs for shelves, sets out his favourite books and hangs a sign: The Little Library. All Friends Welcome.

A shy hedgehog in a red vest is the first to arrive, followed by a rabbit with books to trade, an owl with old tales, and other woodland creatures who add their own stories. When some friends are too shy to speak, the fox suggests taking turns reading aloud. Later, a storm damages the roof, and everyone must work together to mend it. This gentle tale by Çınar BİBER can be read on Masalcı Baba and is perfect for bedtime or early readers.
