In the heart of the green forest, where the river chattered over smooth stones, lived Benny the beaver. Benny loved to build things and was always the first to help a friend in need. One sunny morning, he woke up with a wonderful idea: to build a bridge across the river as a birthday gift for the forest. He grabbed his hammer and headed to the riverbank, his round dark eyes shining with excitement.
Benny worked all morning, but the pile of logs grew slowly. Just as he began to feel frustrated, Lily the otter popped her head out of the river and offered to help. She rallied Hootie the owl and Rosie the rabbit, and together they worked as a team. Hootie took charge, Lily and Rosie carried wood, and Benny hammered the nails. Despite the hard work and the approaching celebration, they persevered, and the bridge began to take shape. This heartwarming story teaches children the value of teamwork, perseverance, and friendship. Çınar BİBER's tale can be read on Masalcı Baba.
