The Badger's Impossible Umbrella

Bernard the badger keeps his burrow at the edge of the woods in perfect order: cardigan buttoned, spectacles polished, slippers aligned. Among his possessions is a magical umbrella that expands to tent size in storms and shrinks to teacup size in sunshine. One bright morning, as he dusts shelves and arranges teacups, a sudden storm causes the umbrella to grow right in his hallway.

Soon the umbrella fills the house, toppling a lamp and wedging under the stairs. Unable to move it, Bernard seeks help in the village. Millie the mouse arrives with a measuring tape and a plan, and when the task proves too big, Peck the woodpecker joins with his carpenter skills. Together they measure, tilt, wiggle, peck, and push until the umbrella pops free. This gentle tale by Ebru Mina TOMURCUK shows how measuring, planning, and patient cooperation solve a seemingly impossible problem. Read it on Onlinemasal Com.Tr.
