High in the Andes Mountains, a little guanaco with soft sandy-tan fur and curious dark eyes loves exploring the winding paths near his home. One sunny morning, a giant shadow sweeps over the rocks, and he looks up to see a magnificent Andean condor soaring overhead. The two strike up a conversation and soon become friends, each admiring what the other can do: the guanaco knows every rock and trail up close, while the condor sees the vast landscape from far above.
Together, they decide to explore a new path to a high mountain meadow. The guanaco trots ahead, sniffing for the safest route, while the condor soars above, keeping watch. But their adventure takes a turn when a sudden landslide blocks their way with a pile of rocks and rubble. At first the guanaco feels worried, but he remembers to be brave and curious. He studies the ground and finds a small stream that might lead somewhere safe, while the condor scans the mountainside from the sky and spots a hidden path beyond the rubble. By combining their unique perspectives, they begin to find a way forward. This gentle story by Aysel Banu YAVUZAL shows young readers how friendship and teamwork can overcome obstacles, and can be read on Masal İzle.
